This is an exciting opportunity, as you’ll interface with a range of senior internal stakeholders and drive success to improve cost, quality, delivery and performance.What you will be doing:Lead supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and category management to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvementsTaking a significant role in crafting commodity strategiesBuilding relationships with suppliersDevelop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company goals and deliver measurable valueLead cost-reduction initiatives and risk mitigation plans to ensure commercial resilienceCollaborate across business functions to align procurement strategy with organizational prioritiesSupport ongoing process improvement and best practice sharing across the global networkBasic Requirements:Associate degree with 4+ years of experience in purchasing, ORBachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in purchasing, ORMaster’s degree, ORJD/PhD, OR6+ years of experience in purchasing in lieu of a degreeIn order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. CitizenPreferred Requirements:Commercial, procurement and strategy experienceOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
